DSR Logistics started in 2016 with a simple idea: Kolkata's packers and movers industry had a trust problem. Customers were routinely cheated with hidden charges, last-minute demands, damaged goods without recourse, and aggregator middlemen who took bookings and subcontracted to random operators.
Our founders believed a local, owner-operated company — rooted in Dum Dum with its own trucks, its own crew, and its own warehouse — could do it better. No middlemen. No false coverage claims. No "call for price" games. Just honest moves, priced transparently, executed by people you could look in the eye.

We handle household shifting, office relocations, bike and car transport, professional packing services, loading and unloading labour, warehousing and storage, and goods transport across India. Whatever needs to move — we move it.
Our direct operations are across Kolkata, West Bengal, and outbound pan-India routes from Kolkata. For destination-city last-mile delivery outside Kolkata (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.), we work with verified partners under DSR contract with Kolkata-side accountability.
